Glass Lined Tank :
We have developed in-house set up for Glass Lining process on hot water metal tanks. This process is also known as Glass lined steel, Glass Coated, Glass Enamel, Vitreous or porcelain enamel.
Glass lining – is a material made by fusing powdered glass to the inner surface of a metal tank by f iring between 850ºC to 870ºC. This results in a smooth, durable glass coa ng on a metal tank. Glass lining provides superior longevity to the hot water tank.
Areas with high chloride content in water, where stainless steel tank tend to fail, Glass lined tank perform outstandingly.
